By accessing or using HelloFreshPage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HelloFreshPage provides AI-powered informational guidance for people navigating divorce. The Service includes personalized briefings, action plans, document storage, and AI chat assistance. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Not Legal Advice
HelloFreshPage is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. The information provided through the Service is general in nature and may not reflect the most current legal developments. You should consult a qualified attorney for advice regarding your specific situation.
4. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.
5. Payment and Refunds
Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Once payment is made, access is granted indefinitely with no recurring charges. Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@hellofreshpage.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (f) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by HelloFreshPage and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any information you provide through the Service. By submitting content, you grant HelloFreshPage a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your personal data to train AI models.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloFreshPage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
